Eeva Savolainen holds a master’s degree in Music education and Vocal Performance from Sibelius Academy in Finland. She immigrated to United States in 1995 and has been living in Twin Cities since 1996.
A professional singer, she has performed all over the country as a recitalist and with Saana Ensemble, a Finnish women ensemble. She also is a past member of the Dale Warland Singers. She currently works as the Events Coordinator at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis.
Before coming to Our Saviour’s Eeva worked as music director at a Presbyterian church in Shoreview. She lives in St. Paul with her husband, who is a professional musician, and they have two college-age children. They also have a fun terrier-mix and two cats.
