Trip to Valleyfair
Wednesday, August 7, 9:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m., for grades 5 through 2-year post-grad
The first 12 to sign up will get a spot for sure.
Cost: $50—non-refundable ($15 for transportation, if you have a season pass). Payment due no later than June 1 (checks made out to “OSLC” with “Valleyfair – [youth name]” on memo line and placed in the “Youth” box behind the Reception Desk. If you are signed up in one of the first 12 spots and you do not pay by the deadline, we will assume that you do not wish to go and your spot will go to the first person on the wait list.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Sack lunch (cooler will be available) and money or snack/dinner
- Extra $$ for games, souvenirs, or food. You are responsible for any money you choose to bring
- Swimsuit and towel if you want to use the water park
- Offsite Permission Form if you do not already have one on file. This is required to attend
At this time, we do not need any volunteer adults to attend the event. The staffing is complete. If your family is interested (with any ages) and you wish to get in on our group rate and then meet at Valleyfair, please speak with Kate, email@example.com or Leisha, firstname.lastname@example.org.
